labour charges). Warranty starts with the invoice date.

Customer needs to drop emails
to contact@dexterventures.in with purchase invoice and issues faced in details.

【4. How can I get products repaired or replaced within warranty?】

After confirmation from the service desk, the product needs to be sent to the specified address as informed by the customer care team. The cost of sending the product to the service location will be borne by the customer and is not reimbursable. Shipping back the repaired or replacement product is the entire responsibility of Dexter Ventures pvt. Ltd.
