Product warranty means any
defects found will be repaired free of cost (including Spare Part cost &
labour charges). Warranty starts with the invoice date.

Our Products carry warranty:

Headphones – 1 year.

Cables, Adaptors and accessories: 1 year

Spare Part cost & Labour/Service charges.

Customer needs to drop emails
to contact@dexterventures.in with purchase invoice and issues faced in details.

After confirmation from the service desk, the product needs to be sent to the specified address as informed by the customer care team. The cost of sending the product to the service location will be borne by the customer and is not reimbursable. Shipping back the repaired or replacement product is the entire responsibility of Dexter Ventures pvt. Ltd.
