Return Policy

  • 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
  • Orders below ₹1500 are NOT eligible for return.
  • Only replacement provided for manufacturing defects.

Replacement Policy

Replacements are issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect products after inspection. Replacement shipping time: 7–10 business days.

Replacement Shipping Cost

If a customer requests a product replacement for any reason, the shipping cost to send the replacement product must be borne by the customer.
We will dispatch the replacement only after the shipping charge is paid.

Refund Policy

  • Refund is provided only if replacement is not available OR return request is approved.
  • Refund is processed back to the original payment method.

COD Security Deposit (Non-Refundable)

All COD orders require a ₹200 security deposit. This is strictly non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds take 5–7 business days.

No Refund in the Following Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Order cancellation after shipping
  • COD security deposit (₹200)
  • Used, damaged, or modified products
  • Missing box/accessories

  • The following products are not eligible for return: BY-M1, BY-M1 PRO 2, M1DM
