- COD orders require a non-refundable ₹200 security deposit.
4. Shipping
Shipping timelines vary by location. Courier delays are beyond our control.
5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Returns are available within 7 days. Orders below ₹1500 are not eligible for return. Replacements are provided for manufacturing defects after inspection.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled before shipping.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
7. Warranty
All microphones come with standard manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, courier delays, or damages caused by improper use.
