• The magnetic back clip of the transmitter easily detaches.

  The transmitter's back clip uses magnetic design. Align the back clip with the positioning slot on the back when attaching.

• The transmitter's backside lacks a clip.

  The transmitter's backside has magnetic areas for attaching compatible magnetic clips, convenient for different attachment methods.

• Can the Type-C port on the receiver be used for monitoring?

  The Type-C port only supports charging and does not support direct connection to headphones for monitoring.

• The microphone has no sound.

  Check if TX transmitter is in mute mode. Verify the indicator light showing slow flashing red light. Press power button to unmute.

• The product cannot power on.

  The RX product relies on phone's power supply. Check connection stability. If not used for longtime, battery might be depleted.

• The products cannot be paired simultaneously when turned on together.

  For one-to-two pairing, power on and pair each product individually. Try restarting if issues occur.

• After using two sets of products, pairing issues occur.

  When using multiple sets, first pair one set successfully before pairing the second set.

• The product cannot enter pairing mode.

  The Omic automatically enters pairing mode on startup. Manual pairing not required. Solid blue light indicates successful pairing.
